texting is it’s just that you can text them kind of whenever you have ideas whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking of things you wish to you can discuss it with your therapist type of immediately and then I believe a nice part about that is if you have a thought kind of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking to your therapist that day and even if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be really practical for individuals with anxiety or with depression with the press of thoughts it kind of offers you a quick outlet for those things and possibly they don’t build up in in your mind as much as they might if you have to wait you know a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s really cool I truly like it for that I would state that’s a big pro um I would say a con related to that very same thing is that things simply take a lot longer to speak about if you choose to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling by doing this you understand I think it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists examine there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I think I do not understand what they call it they check that 2 times a day or a minimum of my therapist informed me that she examines hardest 2 times a day so because regard you’re gon na.

not extremely essential but total I simulate the user interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been great up until now um I indicate it is I would state another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be difficult opening to these individuals just because you’re not there face to face and you’re not in person quite as much as you would be with regular regular treatment so I believe that it could be harder for people to open up to their therapists if you have difficulty opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did plan to have a bit of difficulty opening so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking of however I’m unsure just how much that actually is just me having an issue opening up to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got strange and I literally can’t make a video without everything failing simultaneously but back here so I just wanted to provide some like last ideas I think I don’t desire this to be too long of a video I kind of wanted to offer a short overview and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I think it’s a great service I think it does what it says it’s supposed to do I think it’s a little bit hard if you have some problems that are look I think it’s really good for like stress kind of things and I haven’t been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have actually like been simply having a great deal of like think you’re not small but like smaller sized things than like my basic anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive ideas so um yeah I imply I guess I must’ve said that earlier but I do have anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like identified or anything with anxiety um however I do absolutely like depressive thoughts and like I really like to state that I have anxiety but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I do not know it’s summertime here so generally I think it’s truly excellent if you you know can’t make it to appointments if you have a really busy job or something like that I believe also another truly excellent actually fantastic candidate to utilize talk area would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or maybe you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be an excellent thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I have not.
