texting is it’s just that you can text them kind of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking about things you want to you can speak about it with your therapist sort of immediately and then I believe a nice part about that is if you have an idea kind of mid week or whenever you understand you aren’t going to be talking with your therapist that day or even if you are if you simply wish to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be really valuable for people with stress and anxiety or with depression with the press of thoughts it kind of gives you a fast outlet for those things and possibly they don’t build up in in your mind as much as they might if you need to wait you know a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s really cool I actually like it for that I would say that’s a huge professional um I would state a con related to that exact same thing is that things just take a lot longer to talk about if you pick to text them about it so if I wish to state I’m feeling by doing this you know I think it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists inspect there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not know what they call it they inspect that 2 times a day or a minimum of my therapist told me that she checks hardest 2 times a day so in that regard you’re gon na.
