texting is it’s simply that you can text them kind of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking of things you wish to you can discuss it with your therapist type of instantly and then I think a good part about that is if you have an idea kind of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be talking with your therapist that day or perhaps if you are if you simply wish to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be truly useful for people with anxiety or with depression with the press of thoughts it type of provides you a quick outlet for those things and perhaps they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you know a week to tell your therapist about something so I think that’s really cool I truly like it for that I would say that’s a huge pro um I would state a con related to that same thing is that things just take a lot longer to speak about if you pick to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling by doing this you know I believe it’s because of this or this they might say oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a little bit longer um something to note is that the therapists inspect there the message location where you put the message like your their inbox I think I don’t understand what they call it they examine that 2 times a day or a minimum of my therapist told me that she examines hardest two times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
