texting is it’s just that you can text them kind of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking of things you want to you can talk about it with your therapist type of instantaneously and then I believe a nice part about that is if you have a thought type of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be talking with your therapist that day and even if you are if you just wish to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be actually helpful for individuals with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with the press of thoughts it kind of gives you a quick outlet for those things and possibly they do not build up in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you know a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s truly cool I truly like it for that I would state that’s a huge professional um I would say a con related to that very same thing is that things just take a lot longer to discuss if you choose to text them about it so if I want to state I’m feeling by doing this you understand I think it’s because of this or this they might state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a little bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists inspect there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I guess I do not know what they call it they examine that two times a day or at least my therapist told me that she examines hardest two times a day so because regard you’re gon na.

not very important however overall I simulate the interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been very good up until now um I indicate it is I would state another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be tough opening to these individuals even if you’re not there in person and you’re not personally quite as much as you would be with typical normal therapy so I think that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have problem opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did plan to have a bit of problem opening up so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking about but I’m not sure how much that really is simply me having an issue opening to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got strange and I literally can’t make a video without everything failing at the same time but back here so I simply wanted to offer some like last thoughts I think I do not desire this to be too long of a video I sort of wished to offer a short overview and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I think it’s an excellent service I believe it does what it says it’s supposed to do I believe it’s a little bit difficult if you have some problems that are look I think it’s actually helpful for like tension type of stuff and I haven’t been having a lot of like that example like I have like been simply having a lot of like believe you’re not little but like smaller sized things than like my general stress and anxiety and like what activates me and everything and like depressive ideas so um yeah I imply I guess I must’ve said that earlier but I do have actually anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like detected or anything with depression um but I do absolutely like depressive ideas and like I actually like to say that I have depression but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I do not understand it’s summer here so generally I think it’s truly good if you you understand can’t make it to consultations if you have a truly hectic task or something like that I think likewise another really fantastic really excellent prospect to utilize talk area would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or possibly you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a fantastic thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I have not.
