texting is it’s simply that you can text them type of whenever you have ideas whenever you have concepts whenever you’re thinking of things you want to you can discuss it with your therapist sort of immediately and then I think a great part about that is if you have an idea type of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be speaking with your therapist that day and even if you are if you simply want to remember what you’re believing you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I think it can be truly handy for people with anxiety or with depression with the press of ideas it sort of gives you a quick outlet for those things and possibly they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they may if you need to wait you know a week to inform your therapist about something so I believe that’s truly cool I truly like it for that I would say that’s a big pro um I would state a con related to that exact same thing is that things just take a lot longer to discuss if you select to text them about it so if I wish to say I’m feeling in this manner you know I think it’s because of this or this they may state oh well do you consider this this this whatever however that’s gon na be a little bit longer um one thing to note is that the therapists examine there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I do not understand what they call it they inspect that two times a day or a minimum of my therapist informed me that she checks hardest two times a day so because regard you’re gon na.
