not really essential however total I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my therapist has actually been very good so far um I indicate it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be tough opening up to these individuals just because you’re not there in person and you’re not personally rather as much as you would be with typical normal treatment so I believe that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have difficulty opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did intend to have a little bit of trouble opening up so it’s been something that I’ve been considering however I’m not sure how much that really is simply me having an issue opening up to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got odd and I literally can’t make a video without everything going wrong simultaneously however back here so I just wished to provide some like last thoughts I guess I don’t want this to be too long of a video I kind of wanted to provide a short overview and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I think it’s a great service I believe it does what it says it’s expected to do I think it’s a bit tough if you have some problems that are appearance I think it’s actually good for like stress kind of stuff and I have not been having a lot of like that example like I have like been just having a lot of like think you’re not small however like smaller sized things than like my basic anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I mean I think I need to’ve said that earlier but I do have actually anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and after that I do not I’m not like diagnosed or anything with anxiety um however I do definitely like depressive thoughts and like I actually like to say that I have anxiety but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I don’t understand it’s summertime here so generally I think it’s actually good if you you know can’t make it to appointments if you have a truly busy task or something like that I think also another really terrific really terrific candidate to utilize talk area would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or possibly you’re traveling overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a great thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I have not.
