texting is it’s just that you can text them type of whenever you have thoughts whenever you have ideas whenever you’re thinking of things you wish to you can discuss it with your therapist kind of instantaneously and then I think a good part about that is if you have a thought kind of mid week or whenever you know you aren’t going to be talking with your therapist that day and even if you are if you just want to remember what you’re thinking you can text it to them and you can tell them what’s on your mind and I believe it can be truly useful for people with stress and anxiety or with anxiety with the press of ideas it type of gives you a fast outlet for those things and maybe they don’t develop in in your mind as much as they may if you have to wait you know a week to inform your therapist about something so I think that’s actually cool I truly like it for that I would state that’s a big professional um I would state a con related to that exact same thing is that things just take a lot longer to talk about if you pick to text them about it so if I wish to state I’m feeling this way you understand I believe it’s because of this or this they may state oh well do you consider this this this whatever but that’s gon na be a bit longer um something to note is that the therapists check there the message place where you put the message like your their inbox I think I do not know what they call it they check that two times a day or a minimum of my therapist told me that she inspects hardest 2 times a day so because regard you’re gon na.

get about 2 reactions a day about like clearly if you’re probably having like a crisis and they have a minute they can probably help you but it’s not like they’re just waiting around for you to message since basically they do a lot of these individuals seem to have perhaps not practices but they have a workplace that they work out of anyhow so um it’s not very instant because regard like discussing things it’s immediate that you can tell them your issues and that you can get that off your chest but you may have to wait a bit longer to talk about things and if you’re speaking about things in treatment it’s gon na be you’re gon na state something and after that they’re gon na state oh it’s this how you address this they’re gon na kind of discuss it like a normal conversation however with talk space you might say this and then it might be five hours later and then they may say oh well this and then it’s sort of it takes a lot longer to talk similar to if you’re making strategies with your good friends you know what I mean like you can call someone and you can say hello let’s do this isn’t this and let’s meet up here and you’re gon na be you understand finished with your discussion at 5 minutes whereas it may take like a half an hour to text that back and forth so that’s just something excellent to think about you understand something that did trouble me a little bit in the beginning yeah the one good idea to it seems to be a good bit more affordable than entering to talk with someone it’s about $200 a month around there I might put the real cost like here someone it’s about that rate a month to have the live sessions and the texting and that includes for that package it is for half an hour live sessions each month so every week you’ll get a half an hour live session so I indicate it is less time that you’re probably talking truly due to the fact that like I said it’s just half an hour and if you go to treatment you’re probably going there for about an hour I would say so it’s less time for talking and but you get more assistance I would say so that’s type of nice the app itself the interface is extremely easy to use I like it I don’t have really any problems about it other than perhaps like you can’t see if they read it however like I guess that doesn’t matter due to the fact that like they’re gon na react when they see it anyway so I don’t understand that was simply something I thought of but that’s.

not extremely important however total I simulate the interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been excellent up until now um I suggest it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be tough opening up to these individuals just because you’re not there personally and you’re not face to face rather as much as you would be with normal normal therapy so I think that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have difficulty opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did mean to have a bit of difficulty opening so it’s been something that I have actually been considering however I’m uncertain how much that actually is just me having a problem opening up to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got weird and I actually can’t make a video without everything failing at once however back here so I simply wanted to give some like final ideas I guess I do not want this to be too long of a video I kind of wished to provide a short overview and after that like if you want me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I think it’s an excellent service I believe it does what it states it’s expected to do I think it’s a bit hard if you have some concerns that are look I believe it’s really good for like stress kind of stuff and I have not been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have actually like been simply having a great deal of like think you’re not little but like smaller things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive ideas so um yeah I suggest I guess I should’ve said that earlier but I do have anxiety like generalized anxiety and after that I do not I’m not like detected or anything with anxiety um but I do absolutely like depressive thoughts and like I really like to say that I have depression but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I don’t know it’s summer here so generally I believe it’s actually great if you you understand can’t make it to consultations if you have an actually busy job or something like that I believe likewise another truly fantastic truly excellent prospect to utilize talk space would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or perhaps you’re traveling overseas or if you simply if you take a trip in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a fantastic thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I have not. personally discovered a therapist that I like around here and I also do not like insurance is really spotty with this so it depends upon if you ‘d be guaranteed anyway but like I need to exercise some insurance stuff before I even like consider this so I indicate I think it’s a terrific service I have seen a great deal of other sponsored interviews or like I have actually seen a number of other sponsor interviews for talk area and then there’s another one that a youtuber I truly love I view all of her videos and she discussed it but I do not remember what that one was called I can place it here once again and that’s like something similar so if you want to check out that one to compare them the reason I ended up getting talk space was because my sweetheart was type of pushing me to do something to do treatment because he knew that I was going through a lot of tension so so he kind of was the one who was stating hey you need to truly talk with somebody and he understood about talk space and so that was the one that he truly suggested me to utilize that he for he’s heard a lot of like good things about however once again like it’s really like discussed a lot through sponsorships and that’s pretty much the only way I’ve ever become aware of it I have not truly heard of it unn sponsored and I’m probably gon na like fine on sponsored evaluations as I go to publish this however yeah I think it’s I believe it’s a terrific service for what it is I believe it’s not for everybody though um and I think like I was type of beginning to state prior to if you have deeper problems if you have bad anxiety if you have bad depression I think that it is very important to be seeing someone in person particularly if it’s you know things that it’s simply it’s it’s more difficult to discuss more extensive concerns there’s something I’ve type of seen like undoubtedly these are deep.
